Bachelor of International Studies with degree of Bachelor of Laws
(Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia)
(Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada)

Area of practice: Commercial Law, Family Law, Property Law, Wills and Immigration Law.

Diane is admitted into practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and has been practising as a solicitor in Victoria before establishing D & X Legal, a boutique law firm based in North Hobart, Tasmania.
Diane is entitled to practise as a barrister and solicitor in Tasmania and is a registered Migration Consultant

Diane provides advice in all aspects of property and commercial matters for corporate clients and private individual clients. Act for purchasers and vendors in residential and commercial properties, leasing, off-the plan contracts. Diane also acts for individuals and businesses in relation to Australian immigration law visa applications as well as represent clients in Administrative (Immigration) Law appeal cases in the Federal Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and Ministerial Intervention cases.

As a Media and Accounting graduate from UTAS, Rita can adapt to a variety of fields of study and work.
Rita is currently providing administrative support to all staff. She enjoys working in the legal field and learning new skills in her role.
Rita will be responsible and patient to help clients achieve their goals.
